Andy Hlawek, President/CEO, has over 28 years in the semiconductor industry. His 22 year career with Motorola in process and equipment engineering has given him valuable knowledge of semiconductor processing and vast knowledge of the equipment sets utilized in the industry. While at Motorola he was a member of the Technical Ladder Board and earned numerous awards for process improvement and redesign. Andy also worked as a project manager for SCSA and was a national account executive for TIP Electronics. In 2008, Andy founded CanyonSemi of Arizona with the mission to provide high-quality, pre-owned manufacturing equipment primarily in the semiconductor and solar industries.

Todd Hockenberry, Marketing, is a professional business growth advisor specializing in strategies for top line revenue growth at manufacturing, technology, capital equipment companies, and other B2B companies. Integrated marketing campaigns, strategic relationship management, product development planning, sales channel optimization, target market analysis, and maximization of sales team effectiveness are areas of his expertise and the tools he uses to deliver top line results.

Todd has over 20 years of experience in direct selling and leading sales teams selling technology and capital equipment to companies in global industrial markets. He has developed and cultivated direct sales teams as well as managed sales representative and distribution networks--all to significant sales improvements.

Todd has authored many articles on industry and technology trends and has been published in trade magazines like Industrial Laser Solutions, Modern Metals, Modern Application News, and others. Todd speaks often at industry trade shows and technology conferences including AIAG (Auto Industry Action Group) on the topic of part traceability and part identification and ALAW (an event sponsored by the Fabricators and Manufacturers Association) regarding trends in high power fiber laser applications. Recently, his work was recognized by Industrial Equipment News when Laser Photonics (Orlando, Florida) was named "Brand of the Year".

Todd Smith, Director of Finance, brings more than 13 years experience in accounting, human resources and corporate management. Todd’s broad knowledge of all facets of business operations, including budgeting, forecasting and tax related functions will allow MicroNano to build the strong foundation needed for our future growth. Prior to joining MicroNano, Inc., Todd was the Chief Financial Officer / Treasurer for Wide World of Maps.
